The terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Litas Hub, owner and operator of the website. ‘You’, ‘Customer’, and ‘Client’ refers to any registered user using the services provided on our website www.litashub.com/xchange.
1.1 By registering on our website, Litas Xchange or using any of our services, you confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions of service.
1.2 Litas Xchange, a website owned by Truex Access Resources, is a registered Limited Liability Company based in Nigeria. The extant laws of the country shall always apply to the running of the company and non-compliance with these laws will lead to a ban from this website and prior warning might not be issued.
1.3 Litas Xchange does NOT offer its services to citizens of the United States of America, whether resident in the US or not this includes all immigrants to the United States of America.
1.4 Litas Xchange is an auto and semi-automatic electronic currencies exchange and thus some orders in some exchange directions might experience delays to effect necessary confirmations before orders are processed.
1.5 By transacting on Litas Xchange, you agree that listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. The total value you received at the time your order is completed will depend on the actual market price at the time the order is processed.
1.6 Customers cannot exchange any volume of one electronic and cryptocurrencies to one another without verification or registration however transactions involving cash transfer to our bank accounts or otherwise will NOT be processed UNLESS the user is registered and duly verified.
1.7 Your Order ID must be kept safe until your order is processed. We can only disclose information about an order if the customer supplies the correct order ID. Should you forget your Order ID, check your email to review it or login to your account and check it next to History of your transactions.
1.8 Any crypto-currency to crypto-currency transaction not completed within one (1) hour is automatically cancelled by the website.
1.9 Any cryptocurrency to cash or cash to cryptocurrency transaction not completed within five (5) hours is automatically cancelled by the website.
2.0 When exchanging any cryptocurrency for naira, we pay the cash equivalent of the received valued in our wallet and NOT necessarily the actual amount sent or stipulated in the order invoice.
2.1 You agree to pay the transaction charges for all exchange transactions you make on our website.
2.2 Transaction limits (minimum and maximum) are subject to change and there are no prior notices sent via emails.
2.3 Completed transactions are final. There is no refund once cash or cryptocurrency has been sent out from our wallet or bank account.
2.4 We DO NOT accept payment for an order through third party payments, you agree to make payment only with your verified information on the website or with your correct order information. In any case were we have reasons to believe that a payment came from a different account or name against what was used in placing the order hence ‘third party payment’ Litas Xchange shall refund the money for such order after 180 days if there were no valid claims for such order. A valid claim must be made with the users full information used in ordering and supported with his official ID and Bank Statement. Kindly note we reserve the rights for further verification through a whatsapp video call, facebook video call, telegram video call, or skype video call depending on the means the customer used in contacting us.
2.5 Any information we collect from you is for the sole use of identifying and providing you with quality service. We will neither lend nor sale out any of your personal details nor use it for any other activity outside serving you. However, we will comply fully with the law in a case of fraudulent case against you were there is a demand for any details about you which is within our reach.
2.6 Litas Xchange is not a Bank or a licensed financial institution.
2.7 It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct bank account information and e-currency wallet address. In the event that your fund is sent to a wrong bank account or wallet address because you supplied wrong information, we will not be held responsible for any loss you may incur.
