Completed transactions are final. There is no refund once cash or cryptocurrency has been sent out from our wallet or bank account.

We DO NOT accept payment for an order through third party payments, you agree to make payment only with your verified information on the website or with your correct order information. In any case were we have reasons to believe that a payment came from a different account or name against what was used in placing the order hence ‘third party payment’ Litas Xchange shall refund the money for such order after 180 days if there were no valid claims for such order.
